An honest, enthusiastic and passionate agent, Andy Wharton has been selling properties in the Kiama area for the last 17 years as Managing Director & owner of Harcourts Kiama.

Drawn to First National for its progressive marketing and proven strategies Andy is enthusiastic about collaboration with the group and the team at the new Coast & Country office in Kiama.

As a licensed agent and business owner he has developed a wealth of market knowledge and long-term relationships in the Kiama area. He prides himself on his honesty, integrity and commitment to producing outstanding results for all his real estate transactions.

Andy is a real local having lived and worked in Kiama for more than 40 years. His success formula is built on his local knowledge, an exceptional understanding of the sales process and a strong ability to nurture and develop relationships.

Andy has been enthusiastically involved with the local community in sport and recreation and as former manager of the Kiama Leisure Centre has met in one way or another most people in the Kiama area. He has established excellent relationships during his years in this high profile position.

Andy was also a State and National representative in the sport of sailing, winning three National Titles and also representing Australia in three World Titles.
