He began his career with an agency in Concord; and over 10 years rose through the ranks to become the national network’s No 1 agent for four consecutive years (2015-2018). 

Starting his own independent agency, DibChidiac, in 2019 was a natural next step that enabled Dib to expand his services beyond Concord.
