Erit has been in real estate since 1996 and in 2009 after obtaining her triennial license opened Equinox Realty with a purpose and a passion to do things differently. ‘While studying my masters degree in Business Leadership, I was inspired by Built to Last a business leadership book written by best-selling author Jim Collins to build a visionary brand that was ‘worth lasting’.

The Equinox brand continued to grow with the opening of a local office in Dianella in 2012 and another in North Perth in 2018. True to form with the cornerstone concepts of preserving the core and stimulating progress, Equinox Realty transformed again and changed its name to EQ Realty.

‘The EQ factor allows us to further embrace our culture and character and continue to uphold the core values we are known for’ says Erit. ‘I am committed to strengthening our boutique position as leaders in the Perth real estate market by continuing to demonstrate an absolute commitment to consistently deliver the best results for my clients’.
