About Evelyne Surja - Real Estate Agent

Evelyne combines international experience and local knowledge with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in her role as Leasing Consultant at Kay & Burton’s South Yarra office. 

She works directly with the Property Management Team providing an efficient service, allowing them to focus on revenue generating activity. Always the first to put her hand up to assist, Evelyne makes a prize-winning contribution to the great office culture.

Evelyne, who was born in Indonesia and came to Australia when she was 13, is bilingual in Indonesian and English and has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology. She began her real estate career in 2003.

Prior to real estate she was a marketing executive in sales and leasing for the Four Seasons Residences, part of the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel group.

When she is not managing her own leasing campaigns and property listings, this key member of Kay & Burton’s property management team indulges her love of coffee trying out new blends on her regular walks around the city.
