His hard-working and determined work ethic combine to ensure that he provides an outstanding level of service to each individual client. Josh tailors each property sale uniquely to the client, through his comprehensive knowledge of the area. Josh values open communication with clients, which results in both customer loyalty and long-lasting relationships in the local area. An advocate for supporting the community, Josh has generously devoted time to helping local businesses by featuring them on his Local Legends Podcast and Fortnightly Market Reviews, in an effort to bring their respective skills and qualities to light within our surrounding area and beyond. Starting as a young couple in a unit, to buying a house and seeing them grow into a family. "There's nothing more satisfying then helping someone move from one home to another." Outside of work Josh enjoys spending time with his young family, racing cars, going to the gym, yoga and reading. In 2023 Josh would like to see growth in the business through current staff progressing to shareholders, the average GCI grown for each sales agent and the new office renovation completed.
