A careful combination of the two. It doesn’t happen often, but when historic and modern architecture come together in a thoughtful manner, the results can be breathtaking.

Grilled fish, grilled vegetables tossed in salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic butter.

If your career wasn’t in real estate, what would it be?

I’d be an industrial designer or an architect.

What would be your superpower?

Omnipotence. I’m way to curious for it to be anything else.
