As the senior sales person in the team, I love developing a deep understanding of my clients needs, then focusing on securing the best sales price for them. Right now, we’re seeing renewed interest in Mount Gambier property. It’s therefore my role to capitalise on the market and help our sellers reveal the value in their homes, helping to make them as attractive as possible to potential buyers.

As an open and transparent person, I foster a strong working relationship with my clients. Assessing each property on its merits, I’ll establish a price range based on where we are in the market cycle as well as factor in recent sales of similar homes. Communication is paramount at all times, I not only outline what the selling process will entail, but keep my clients informed about the level of interest in their property at all times.
