Shaping his career from an early age, Matt decided at the young age of 23 to franchise his own real estate office under the PRDnationwide licence, which later became Belle Property Seaforth. Matt has been the recipient of the NSW Real Estate Institute's prestigious Novice Auctioneers Competition and has ranked Top 1% nationally for Sale with PRD nationwide.

In 2005, Matt collaborated with long-time friend and highly experienced Northern Beaches real estate specialist, Tania Paris. Tania and Matt’s shared passion for real estate sales and dedication to expert customer service have made them one of the most successful agencies along Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
