Taylor Kleinberg joined kollosche as a Licensed Real Estate Agent backed by 19 years’ experience selling property across two continents.

Having relocated to the Gold Coast from Brisbane, where he ran a large team of agents followed by his own agency, American-born Taylor now serves homeowners in the central suburbs of Mermaid Waters and neighbouring Clear Island Waters.

Leading with the highest of integrity, Taylor builds instant connections with clients through excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand the psychology behind what drives individual buyers and sellers.

Originally from California, Taylor’s property career began in 2004 in the public home-building sector in Los Angeles and Orange County where he sold large swathes of land to publicly traded home-building corporations.

During the Global Financial Crisis, Taylor commuted between California and Queensland, where he managed different ventures, including custom vehicle imports, renovating/operating a hotel in Hervey Bay and personal property development.

In 2012 he rediscovered his passion for real estate and firmly established himself in Brisbane.

Taylor’s friendly and approachable manner, natural charm and engaging accent fast-tracked him to become a top-selling agent and market leader in Brisbane’s prestigious inner-east suburbs for a multinational agency.

He went on to open a real estate office in Kangaroo Point managing more than 20 staff before branching out to open his own agency.

Taylor brings to kollosche a global approach to selling and aspires to build a small team under the prestige kollosche brand while broadening the area in which he operates.

In his downtime, Taylor embraces an active lifestyle, with going to the gym, Paddleboarding, hiking and spending time at the beach with his partner and their three children all part of his weekly routine.
