Growing up in Sydney’s Inner West before moving to the Central Coast, he has since found a home in St Helen’s Park, where he’s glad to be building his career at a local and customer-focussed real estate agency that is Prudential Real Estate. Tim is driven to help property owners sell in the most stress-free way possible, and he regards educating sellers on all aspects of the process as key to a streamlined sale.

A determined individual and proud property owner, Tim is equally achieved in the film industry as an accredited camera operator in a feature-length film. He’s a creative beyond the lens, and enjoys bringing this to the table in marketing properties for his clients – as well as the odd bit of gardening and carpentry in his spare time.
